Your claim form needs to follow a certain protocol in order to be accepted by the courts.

Completing your claim form: You will have the following parts to a claim: The idea is to keep this as simple as possible, the more you include, the more the defendant will have to find holes in and a way to get your claim dismissed.

  1. Element 1 of the cause (this is in a numbered paragraph style)
  2. Element 3 of the cause (this is in a numbered paragraph style)
  3. Element 3 of the cause (this is in a numbered paragraph style) (etc)
  4. you repeat this for as many causes as you have.

Remedy Request in the form of a Wherefore clause, for example. wherefore the claimant requests remedy in the form of “your remedy”2
