By asking the right questions, the agents have a duty to respond to your specific data. Its called a – Data Subject Access Request for that reason, and it relates to you and your specific data. Think of it as a Freedom of Information request, but specific to you. FoI is similar, but its for all public bodies and there duty of disclosure

Inital Request

Draft and send your initial Questions to your agents, this has a 30-day timeline.

7 Day Notice

Send a 7-day notice on day 21 if you have not yet received a response from the company.

Opportunity to Cure

Follow up with a final response asking them to comply with the original requests.

Notice of Default

Follow up with a notice of default explaining you will be going to court

Affidavit of Truth

An unrebutted affidavit stands as truth and judgement in law.

Court

Submit your claim to your local county court for judgement
