Below is a response i recently sent to our Health Minister in response to questions asked that were ignored as always or responded to with “how great we are and have been doing”

Feel free to use it on your MLA, you can cc [email protected] if you like, also cc your MP, [email protected] as justice minister, robin swann as health minister [email protected]

The code of conduct can be downloaded here:Code-of-Conduct-GuideDownload

Further to my earlier email, I have now attached the NI Assembly Code of conduct and would like to bring a few points up before I get ignored again or answers with generic soundbites and lip service that seems to be common in the responses.

Every member failing to engage and going along with the measures is in violation of the code of conduct.

The Seven Principles of Public Life  (page 3)

  1. Selflessness: Members should act solely in terms of the public interest. –

— with no excess death of note, what is the public benefit in the measures that are being put in place. Knowing full well that a tiny minority of the population could be affected by the so called COVID disease, but the absolutely majority ARE ADVERTSELY affected by the response.

  1. Integrity: Members must avoid placing themselves under any obligation to people or organisations that might try inappropriately to influence them in their work.

— Policies are based on Science that is funded by the Gates foundation. Top members of SAGE have a vested interest in the vaccine companies and ultimately the success of the vaccine roll out. These policies and projections which have time and again been proven wrong or outright lies have been used to justify the measures and responses.

  1. Objectivity: Members must act and take decisions impartially, fairly and on merit, using the best evidence and without discrimination or bias.

— a large body of scientific evidence pertaining to the alleged Pandemic, which has been outright refused to look into or acknowledgement. This is neither Impartial, Fair or on Merit. It is discriminatory and biased.

  1. Accountability: Members are accountable to the public for their decisions and actions and must submit themselves to the scrutiny necessary to ensure this.

— we have been asking months for an open debate so that members taking decisions can be accountable. This has been ignored and this refusal is directly against the accountability clause.

  1. Openness: Members should act and take decisions in an open and transparent manner. Information should not be withheld from the public unless there are clear and lawful reasons for so doing.

— this one is self-evident, there has been no transparency and all information has been withheld. There are countless FoI requests as well as numerous direct appeals that have all been ignored.

  1. Honesty: Members should be truthful.

— failure to engage and provide information is the antithesis of honesty.

The Additional Assembly Principles of Conduct (page 4)

       9)    Promoting Good Relations: Members should act in a way that is conducive to promoting good relations by tackling prejudice, promoting understanding and respect and encouraging participation between people on the grounds of different religion, political opinion, race, gender, age, sexual orientation and disability.

              — Members of the public that are brave enough to speak out, have been openly dismissed by member Swann and have been labelled as “the conspiracy theorist brigade” – This is prejudiced, discriminatory and disrespectful.

10. Respect: Members should show respect and consideration for others at all time.

              — Labeling numerous world renowned scientists and doctors willing to speak out is not a sign of respect.
